Entry rules for the visitors

1. Online registration via the website www.elogifest.com is required no later than July 17th, 2026. Registration during the exhibition may be difficult.

2. Each visitor is required to complete individual registration using a personal business email address. Group registration is not possible.

3. Once online registration is completed, the application is processed by the organizer.

4. After successful verification, the organizer will send a confirmation email containing an individual QR code.

5. All participants are required to wear the paper badge visibly throughout the entire duration of the fair.

6. The badge entitles one person to attend the fair for all three days and is valid only with an official document confirming the participant’s identity.

Restaurants are situated in 2 floor.

Hotels

We are pleased to inform that the official ‘Hotel Partner’ of the exhibition is located just 2km away from the venue. Attendees are entitled to special hotel rates, as well as free shuttle connecting the hotel and the venue.

Catering

Catering at eLogi Fest is provided by Segafredo.
It is possible to order catering services for the stand and lunch sets for Exhibitors.
