REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY
- GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. This refund and returns policy (hereinafter also: “Policy”) regulates cases and relations related to the return, refund or cancellation of tickets purchased for participation in e-Logi Fest (hereinafter: “Event”), reserved booths, Event sponsorship, and products purchased during the Event.
1.2. All ticket sales for the Event are final and non-cancelable. Returns and refunds are possible only in special cases defined by this policy.
- TERMS USED
2.1. “Participant(s)”: individuals who participate in the Event as guests, based on purchased tickets.
2.2. “Partner(s)”: organizations that present their services or products in booths set up within the framework of the Event.
2.3. “Sponsors”: Organizations or individuals who sponsor or support the organization and implementation of the Event.
- EVENT CANCELLATION OR POSTPONEMENT
3.1. In case of cancellation or postponement of the Event due to unforeseen circumstances (earthquake, flood, fire, war, declaration of military and emergency situations, political unrest, strikes, cessation of means of communication, decisions and normative acts of state bodies and the Central Bank of RA), Participants will be promptly notified through official communication channels.
3.2. In case of Event cancellation or postponement, Participants may choose to:
- Receive a full refund of the ticket price paid, or
- Use the same ticket to attend the postponed event.
3.3. Refunds will be provided within 30 (thirty) business days from the official notification of the Event’s cancellation.
- CANCELLATION OF PARTICIPATION BY PARTNERS AND SPONSORS
4.1. Event Partners and Sponsors who cancel their participation 30-50 days before the Event date are eligible to receive a 25% refund of the paid participation fee or sponsorship value.
4.2. No refunds will be provided for participation cancellations made by Partners and Sponsors less than 30 days before the Event date.
4.3. Applications for cancellation of participation or sponsorship must be submitted in writing to [email protected].
- PRODUCT RETURNS
5.1. Any official product purchased from the Partners’ booths during the Event is non-refundable, except if it was defective or damaged at the time of purchase.
5.2. Defective or damaged products purchased from the Partners’ booths must be reported within 14 days of the purchase date, returning them in their original condition.
